How My Reminder Box Works
Four simple steps to help you stay on schedule — and keep your caregiver informed.
Add Your Medications and Schedule
Enter each medication you take and the time you need to take it. You can add as many medications as you need. The setup takes just a few minutes, and you only have to do it once.
You can update your medication list at any time if your schedule changes.
Receive Reminders at the Right Time
At each scheduled time, My Reminder Box sends you a clear, easy-to-read reminder. You'll know exactly which medication to take and when.
Reminders are sent directly to your device — no app required to receive them.
Confirm You've Taken Your Medication
After taking your medication, simply confirm it with one tap. This lets the system know you're on track and keeps your record up to date.
Confirming takes just one step — it's designed to be as easy as possible.
Your Caregiver Gets an SMS Alert
If a reminder goes unconfirmed within a set window, your designated caregiver automatically receives an SMS text message. They'll know right away that a dose may have been missed.
Caregivers can sign up for alerts on the Caregiver SMS Alerts page.
